As genealogists, we spend a lot of time tracking down the life stories of others. It’s time to write your own story! In our first memoir session, we’ll split the time between writing “sprints” and sharing memories. Prompts will be given and homework will be assigned for the next session (19 October 2021). Bring a laptop or notebook and pencil.
You may know that George “Lefty” Tyler grew up in Derry, played for the Derry Athletic Association and was recruited to the Boston Braves. You may also know he was part of the 1914 Miracle Braves pitching rotation. But what else do you know about the life of this star athlete? Join us as we take a genealogical approach to find out more about George “Lefty” Tyler’s life.

Fall Wreaths
We are just one week away from Fall, so let's get ready with a craft to start decorating. This month we will be working on fall inspired yarn wreaths.

Did you pick up a crafting hobby over the past year that is no longer interesting you? Want to try something new without the upfront cost? .......then come to our craft swap!
Donations will be accepted starting Monday, September 13th thru Friday, September 17th or bring them in the day of the swap. If you are bringing items in on Saturday, please plan to attend when the swap begins for the best selection.
You do not need to donate to participate, but we will have a greater variety when more people donate.

Stop by the Information Desk on Monday evenings, between 6PM and 7PM, for help with downloadable books and other technology related questions.
