Welcome to our Remote Learning page! Here you will find a library of helpful and entertaining videos created by our talented librarians.

The library is now open by appointment and for curbside pickup. You can reach us any time by email at derrylib@derrypl.org, or by phone at 432-6140, 9:30 - 8:00 Monday-Wednesday, and 9:30 - 5:00 Thursday-Saturday.

Curbside Pickup available Monday-Wednesday between 10:00 - 7:00 and Thursday-Saturday 10:00 - 4:00.  Computer use, Children's Room, and Grab & Go are available by appointment.

CONNECT at the Derry Public Library--Cookies and Cocoa with Santa!

Join the Upper Room, a family resource center, and CONNECT with other parents, grandparents and caregivers of young children ages 0-6.  Join us for an hour of fun, literacy, parenting tips, crafts, and snacks.  This month we will have Cookies and Cocoa with Santa!

Drum Workshop!

Find your rhythm! Learn to play a basic rock beat, the foundation of all pop music. Join us for a fun and informative workshop on drum basics. This hands-on interactive workshop will also include demonstrations on a variety of styles like jazz, funk, blues, and Latin.

Guitar Workshop!

Derry’s Let’s Play Music will be facilitating a one-hour Intro to Guitar class at the library! Individuals of all ages are welcome to try out this versatile string instrument. Students will be invited to give it a whirl and jam with the teacher!

Homeschool Information Session

Are you considering home education for your child? Are you new to homeschooling and want to make sure you’re off to a solid start? This is a great opportunity to learn more, especially for prospective and new(er) homeschoolers. Participants will gain practical information and tips for their home ed program.
