Meeting Room A

Margaret Atwood and The Penelopiad

In advance of their production of The Penelopiad at the Stockbridge Theatre, theatre KAPOW will be holding a conversation about the works of Margaret Atwood and how the story of Ancient Greece's most famous wife provides insight into the current plight of women in America. The conversation is timed to coordinate with both theatre KAPOW's production and the release of Atwood's new book The Testaments. The conversation will be led by theatre KAPOW company members and a member of the English Department faculty at Saint Anselm College.

Parent/Child Workshop

The Parent/Child Workshop is a five-week program for children ages 1-3 and their parents/caregivers.  This fun, informal, play-based program provides a rich environment of toys, books and art activities. Families have the opportunity to spend time together, make new friends, and talk one-on-one with a different community resource professional each week.
