So where does one start? Join Liz and Todd for a crash course of Japanese cinema 101! We'll go over periods of cinema, directors you should know, essential films, and answer a daunting question- does one REALLY have to watch any anime?

In an American desert town in the mid-fifties, the Junior Stargazer Convention attracts stargazers of different ages. A group of students and their parents visit the town to attend the event. What follows is an unexpected exchange of ideas and experiences that lead to eye-opening revelations.

Due to a change in his employment status, Dutch-American football coach Thomas Rongen was forced to undertake a coaching role he had difficulty accepting. He flew to American Samoa to coach their national football team to become eligible for the 2001 FIFA World Cup. The main challenge, though, is that the team is touted as one of the weakest in the world. Based on the 2014 documentary with the same title, this sports comedy-drama features the real-life travails of Thomas Rongen.
