Lindsay brings her larger than life Puppet Pals to child and family audiences across New England. Filled with silliness, active audience engagement, and unique, memorable characters, this series of charming short stories will delight the young and the young at heart!

Our space voyage is coming to end, it’s time for re-entry! Join us back here on planet Earth with musician Steve Blunt, fun & games and Moo’s Ice Cream! Splash down will be in MacGregor Park (weather permitting) T-minus 1 pm, all ages with caregiver, no registration.

We’ve gathered a lot of “junk” and recycled materials to build Junk Rockets! Be creative using all of the materials we provide to create your very own rocket. We will also have a Rocket Launch Demonstration using Alka-Seltzer with instructions for you to try at home!
Librarian Jenn K. is up to more spaced out sciency fun this summer! We will build constellation projectors, and then the Mars Lander Challenge is on! See if you can help our “astronauts” land safely on Mars!

Attention earthlings the aliens have landed! Join us as we have an out-of-this-world adventure with stories and alien crafts that will transform you into an alien too!

The Children’s Museum or NH will visit the library to present: Under a Starry Sky: Nocturnal Animals. Join us for a fun-filled exploration into the star-lit world of nocturnal animals. Learn how these animals have adapted to survive in their nighttime environment, under a starry sky. A museum educator will lead participants in a fascinating, hands-on, and startlingly science-filled presentation all about these critters of the night.
Put your baby in a safe baby carrier and get ready to dance! Ms. Eileen will lead an introductory dance class where you can move and grove with your baby!
For caregivers with babies. No siblings allowed due to the nature of the class. Registration required and will open on June 18th.
