Get ready for an educational taste test. Presenter Rob Fitzgibbon gives you a look at where coffee comes from, how its made, and the history. Then Rob will bring out coffee samples for tasting, and take you on a "tour" of what to look for in coffee, from aroma to taste. Think of it as like a wine tasting, only with coffee (and much more caffeine).
About the presenter: Rob Fitzgibbon is a UX professional in the Boston area who has been hosting coffee cuppings since 2014. In between software design and coffee events, Rob writes articles on Essex County history. He is always caffeinated.
