If you have good quality craft supplies that you no longer need or want, or if you're interested in trying something new without a big upfront investment, come to our craft swap!
Donations accepted Friday, April 12th until 4pm or the following day during the swap. If you decide to bring your items on Saturday, please plan to attend right when the swap begins at 2:30 to provide the best selection.
You do not need to donate in order to come on Saturday, but there will be more variety if lots of folks donate!
- Fabric must be clean and dry, please package smaller scraps into gallon or sandwich bags.
- Tools and machines should be in good working condition.
- Glues, ink pads, and markers should not be dry or crusty.
- Papers (such as scrapbook papers or books) should be clean and free of water damage. Adult coloring books that have only a couple pages colored are fine to bring.
Anything left behind after the craft swap will be donated or kept for library programming.
Donation ideas: knitting needles, crochet hooks, fabric you planned to use but never did, adult coloring books, ribbons, clay, paints and brushes, canvases, embroidery thread, children's crafting kits, beads, fancy hole punches, yarn...anything sitting in your craft corner/pile/closet that hasn't been used but could be great for the right person!
