Each year, the Congressman’s team visits towns across New Hampshire’s First District to provide constituents assistance with federal inquiries (issues with tax returns, assistance with the VA, passport and immigration inquiries, Medicare assistance, etc..) We call these sessions Community Office Hours, and they serve as a great way to provide assistance to the Congressman’s constituents / solicit feedback and opinions from them.
We would only need a small room or public facing area with a table and several chairs; besides that, we should have no other equipment needs. As a general reminder, this is an apolitical event; it is not any promotion of the Congressman’s campaign or his policies. The Congressman will not be in attendance, as this is an opportunity for staff to assist constituents in their own communities and get feedback from them. Let me know if I can provide any additional information, and you can always contact us at our mainline (603) 935-6710 with questions or concerns. Thank you for your consideration!
