(Tips for Successful) Dementia Conversations

This program will be hosted on Zoom, and presented by members of The Alzheimers Association

This program is for caregivers and other family members of someone known or believed to have Alzheimer's or some other form of dementia.  Often these conversations can be challenging and uncomfortable. The program focuses on three of the most common and difficult, with tips on how to address each.  They are: going to the doctor, concerns about limiting or stopping driving, and legal and financial topics.
